Customer voluntarily leaves the Family group during the subscription period. Customer changes the Apple ID Region, losing the ability to join the Family (This package usually requires Vietnam Region Apple ID). Customer uses storage to store content violating laws/Apple policies. Customer shares Apple ID with multiple users causing data conflicts.
1. If I join the Family, can the organizer see my photos? No. According to Apple's privacy policy, Family Sharing only shares storage space. Personal data such as Photos, Messages, Notes, Browsing History... is absolutely private, no one can see it, including the Organizer.
2. What if I already have a 50GB plan bought from Apple? When joining Empire Tech's 400GB plan, the storage will stack or replace depending on your settings. However, to save money, you should cancel your personal 50GB plan after successfully upgrading to the 400GB package.
3. What exactly is this 400GB package? This is a slot in a premium Apple One or iCloud 2TB plan shared among 5 members. Each member will have a reasonable usage space of about 400GB.
4. After 1 year expires, will my data be lost? No. If it expires and you do not renew, your data remains there, but you will not be able to upload new content. Apple usually gives you 30 days to download data or renew.
5. Do I need to give my Apple ID password to Empire Tech? No. We only need your Apple ID phone number or Email to send the invitation. You accept it yourself on your device.
6. Why haven't I received the invitation? Please check your internet connection and ensure iMessage is activated. Sometimes the invitation might be in the "Junk" messages folder if we haven't messaged before.
7. Can I invite family members to use this 400GB package with me? No. This package is sold per slot (1 person/slot). You do not have the right to invite others into this Family group.
8. My Apple ID is in the US region, can I buy this? This package usually requires a Vietnam region Apple ID. If your account is in another region, please switch to Vietnam or contact Empire Tech CSKH for advice on a suitable package.
9. Can I use this package to backup my iPhone and Mac at the same time? Yes. iCloud syncs across all devices logged in with your Apple ID.
10. What if the Family group is disbanded in the middle of the term? Empire Tech guarantees a warranty. If the group has an error, we will invite you to a new Family group and preserve your remaining usage time.
