Important Warnings:

• Customers need to check if their Microsoft account is currently in another Family group (if so, leave it first).
• Each Microsoft account is only allowed to switch Family groups once every 12 months (Microsoft Regulation).
• Do not voluntarily leave the group (Leave Family) during the subscription period to avoid losing the license.

Policy:

• Exchange for an equivalent new product (Invite to a new group) OR
• Refund based on unused time (e.g., 12-month package used for 3 months → 75% refund).

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily leaves the Family group. Customer violates Microsoft's policy (storing prohibited content on OneDrive) leading to account suspension. Customer has switched Family groups exceeding Microsoft's limit (1 time/year), making it impossible to accept new invitations.

5. FAQ

1. Can the group owner spy on my OneDrive data? Absolutely not. Microsoft designed the Family Sharing feature only to share licenses and total storage. Personal data, emails, and files are kept separate per user and are absolutely secure.

2. I am using a free account, will upgrading lose my old data? No. Upgrading only expands storage from 5GB to 1TB and unlocks Office features. All your old data remains intact.

3. Can I install it on a MacBook? Yes. Microsoft 365 is fully compatible with macOS. You can download it from the App Store or the Microsoft homepage.

4. Is the 1TB OneDrive shared or private? It is private. Each member in the Family plan has a separate 1TB, no one encroaches on anyone else.

5. Do I need to uninstall the old Office (Crack)? Empire Tech advises you to completely remove old, pirated, or Cracked Office versions to avoid license conflicts when installing the standard version from Microsoft.

6. After 1 year expires, what happens to my data? If not renewed, your OneDrive storage will revert to the free 5GB level. Data exceeding 5GB will be frozen (cannot upload more, can only download/delete) for a period before Microsoft permanently deletes it.

7. Does this package include Microsoft Copilot Pro? No. Copilot Pro is a separate Add-on sold by Microsoft, not included by default in this Microsoft 365 Personal/Family package.

8. Can I change devices? Yes. You can log out of old devices and log in to new ones freely, as long as the total number of simultaneous logins does not exceed 5.

9. Why haven't I received the invitation mail? Please check your Spam/Junk folder carefully. If still not found, please contact Empire Tech Support to have the invite link resent directly.

10. Can I use a Gmail account to register? Yes, as long as that Gmail has been used by you to register as a Microsoft Account.
