This is a Spotify Premium Upgrade Service for your personal account, performed by Empire Tech logging in and setting it up (usually changing the region to offer a better price while ensuring full access to International and Vietnamese music).

1. Is this a pre-made account? No. This is a direct renewal service on your own personal Spotify account. You keep your Playlists and listening history intact.
2. Can accounts logged in with Facebook/Google work? Not directly. You need to go to the Spotify homepage, set a separate password for that account (to enable Email + Password login), and then send it to Empire Tech for processing.
3. What country will my account be in after the upgrade? The account will be switched to another country to get the discounted rate. You cannot change the region back to Vietnam during the subscription period, but you can still listen to Vietnamese music normally.
4. Why can't I listen to Podcasts? Because the account is switched to a region that does not support or limits Podcasts, this feature will not be available. If you need to listen to Podcasts, please consider carefully before purchasing.
5. Can I listen to music Offline? Yes. You can download songs and Playlists for Offline listening. You need to connect to the internet at least once every 30 days for Spotify to verify the license.
6. Does this package support Lossless (Hi-fi) music? No. Currently, standard Spotify Premium does not support Lossless; the highest quality is 320kbps.
7. Will my old Playlist data be lost? Absolutely not. All your data, favorite songs, and playlists remain 100% intact.
8. How many devices can I use this account on? You can log in on multiple devices and download Offline music on up to 5 devices. However, you can only stream music on 1 device at a time.
9. Can I buy this package if my account still has Premium? You need to wait for the old package to expire completely (revert to Free) or actively cancel the old package before Empire Tech can proceed with the new upgrade.
10. Is the Jam feature supported? Yes, after upgrading to Premium, you can use the Jam feature normally.
