1. Will I have to use an account created by Empire Tech or my own account? You will use your own personal Google account (Gmail) to upgrade. No need to switch to a new account.
2. What do I need to do after purchasing? After payment, check your Email or order details to receive the Invite Link. You just need to click the link and confirm joining.
3. Can I renew to continue using after expiration? Yes. However, Google rules state you can only switch Families once a year. Therefore, Empire Tech encourages you to buy the 1-year package from the start to avoid getting stuck with this rule when renewing short-term packages (like 1 month or 6 months).
4. What if I accidentally leave the Family or use the wrong Google account? The invite link is valid only once for one account. If you accidentally use it for the wrong account or leave voluntarily, the link will expire. Please contact Empire Tech Support for assistance (fees may apply or warranty may be voided depending on the case).
5. How many devices can I log in to with YouTube Premium? You can log in on unlimited devices (Phone, PC, TV...). However, simultaneous streaming may be limited according to Google's general policy.
6. Can other people in the Family see my personal information? No. Family members can only see each other's Name, Profile Picture, and Email. They CANNOT see your browsing history, watched videos, or passwords.
7. Can my Google account in a foreign country join the Family? No. This Family package requires the account to be in the Vietnam region. If your account is in another region, you need to change it to Vietnam or create a new account to join.
8. I am using a personal YouTube Premium plan, can I buy this package? Yes, but you need to cancel your current personal plan and wait until it completely expires before you can join Empire Tech's Family.
9. Can I use this account to log in on TV? Absolutely. After upgrading, you just need to log in to that account on your Smart TV to enjoy Premium (ad-free).
10. Does this package include YouTube Music? Yes. The YouTube Premium package includes free access to YouTube Music Premium privileges.
11. Why does the link say "It looks like you are in a different country"? This error is because your Google account region is not set to Vietnam, or your payment profile (Google Pay) is set to a foreign country. You need to delete the old payment profile or switch the region to VN.
12. Can I invite my relatives to use this package together? No. This package purchases a slot for you to join Empire Tech's Family. You are not the Family Manager, so you cannot invite others.
13. Will my data (subscribed channels, playlists) be lost when upgrading? No. All personal data on your YouTube channel remains 100% intact.
14. Does PiP (Picture-in-Picture) mode work on iPhone? Yes. You need to go to YouTube App Settings on iPhone -> General -> Turn on Picture-in-Picture (PiP).
