Terms of Service
Account Usage Rules
- Do NOT change the password, email, or profile settings of shared accounts or pre-provided private accounts. Doing so will void your warranty immediately.
- Use only on the allowed number of devices. Sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
- For private accounts (upgrade on your email), ensure you leave the correct family group (if any) before upgrading. You may change the password freely for these accounts.
Warranty & Refund Policy
Warranty Method
We will exchange for a new code or account if an error occurs during usage. If no replacement product is available, we will issue a refund.
Refund Rules (Out of Stock) (Check product description for specifics)
- Under 30 days: 100% refund of order value or immediate new exchange.
- After 30 days: Refund prorated based on unused time.
Product Term
The term depends on the specific product purchased.
Change of Mind
Refunds are NOT applicable for "change of mind" or if you violated the Terms of Service (e.g., changed password).
