  • Case 1 (PC still accessible): UltraViewer or TeamViewer must be installed.
  • Case 2 (Blue Screen/Cannot boot): You MUST have a USB drive (8GB+) and another working computer to create installation media. Technicians will guide you via Video Call.
• Data Safety: The service guarantees NO DATA LOSS on data drives (D, E...). However, data on Drive C (Desktop, Documents, Downloads) will be formatted. Please backup important files to another drive before starting.

Warning:

• Empire Tech is not responsible for data if your hard drive has physical failure (Bad sectors).
• Installation time depends on your internet speed and PC specs (Average 30-60 minutes).

• Step 2: Technician checks specs and advises on suitable OS (Win 10, Win 11...).

3. Package & Features

When using Empire Tech's Windows Installation Service, your computer will be fully set up with:

1. Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (Pro/Home/Enterprise), permanently activated (Digital License).
2. Genuine Drivers: Full installation of Audio, Network, VGA, Touchpad, Printer drivers... from the manufacturer's site.
3. Office Suite: Activated Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...).
4. Essential Utilities:
   • Browsers: Chrome, Edge.
   • Vietnamese Typing: Unikey/EVKey.
   • PDF Reader: Foxit Reader/Adobe Acrobat.
   • Compression: WinRAR/7-Zip.
   • Download Manager: IDM (on request).
   • Fonts: Full Vietnamese font set.

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Software technical support for 07 - 30 days (depending on the package).

Policy:

• Free re-installation if Windows encounters errors immediately after setup.
• Remote support for Driver or Office errors via UltraViewer.

Disclaimer:

Customer installs third-party software containing viruses/malware that corrupts Windows. Computer suffers hardware failure (HDD, RAM, Mainboard) causing Windows instability.

5. FAQ

1. Is online Windows installation clean and virus-free? Absolutely clean. Empire Tech uses original ISO installers from Microsoft (MSDN), not modified "Ghost" versions, ensuring maximum stability.

2. My PC has a Blue Screen, can I install online? Yes, but you need an 8GB USB. We will guide you on how to create a Bootable USB and reinstall Windows via Video Call. It's slightly more complex but totally doable.

3. Will I lose data on Drive D or E? No. The technician only works on Drive C (System Drive). Other data drives are 100% preserved.

4. How long does it take? On average, 30 - 60 minutes depending on network speed and hard drive type (SSD is fast, HDD takes longer).

5. Is Office included? Yes. The service includes installation and activation of Microsoft Office for long-term use.

6. I am not tech-savvy, can I do this? Yes. You just need to open UltraViewer and send us the ID/Pass. The technician will handle the rest.

7. Can you install Windows on MacBook? This service applies to Windows PCs. If you want Windows on Mac (via Bootcamp/Parallels), please inform us beforehand to check compatibility.

8. Do I need to pay upfront? Usually, Empire Tech checks the machine first; payment is processed once the machine qualifies for installation.

9. Will my PC run faster after installation? Yes. Reinstalling Windows removes junk files, viruses, and old software conflicts, making the machine run smoothly like new.

10. Does Empire Tech install graphic software (Photoshop, AI)? The standard package covers office software. If you need Adobe, AutoCad, etc., please choose the Advanced package or pay an add-on fee.
