4. Warranty Policy

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily changes the Account Email. Customer forgets the password after changing it (Empire Tech cannot reset it). Customer uses the account for illegal purposes causing legal consequences.

5. FAQ

1. Is this a shared or private account? This is an account pre-created by Empire Tech and issued privately to you during the rental period. You have full rights to use it within the allowed device limits.

2. Can I change the password? Yes. Empire Tech encourages you to change the password immediately after receiving the account to ensure privacy.

3. Is AnyViewer better than UltraViewer? AnyViewer Pro has the advantage of higher frame rates (FPS) and better support on mobile platforms. Especially the "Privacy Mode" feature works very effectively.

4. Can I use this account for remote gaming? Yes, but the experience depends on the network speed at both ends. AnyViewer Pro has low latency, so it works well for light games or idle gaming (AFK).

5. Does the account auto-renew after 6 months? No. After 6 months, the account will revert to Free. You need to contact Empire Tech to purchase a new package.

6. What is Unattended Access? It is a feature that allows you to set a fixed password for the computer. Then you can connect to that machine anytime (as long as it is on and online) without needing anyone to sit at the machine to click "Accept".
