4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Period: Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the confirmation email when ordering.

Policy:

• Replace with a new equivalent product OR
• Pro-rated refund based on unused time (Example: a 12-month package used for 3 months → 75% refund)

1. Why do the Standard and Premium packages use the Join Team method? This is a special solution from Empire Tech to provide you with an ultra-high Usage limit (1.25x and 6.25x compared to regular Pro) while maintaining an extremely low price.

2. If I Join a Team, can other members read my chats? No. All your conversations, data, attachments, and Projects are completely private. Other members of the Team do not have access.

3. Can I use my personal email currently using Claude Free to upgrade? Absolutely. You just need to provide your email, and Empire Tech will send an upgrade invite directly to your personal email.

4. When will I hit the message limit? The limit depends on the package you choose at Empire Tech. The Premium package (6.25x Pro) allows you to use it comfortably almost all day without encountering limit warnings.

5. What file formats does Claude Pro support? You can upload PDFs, Word documents, TXTs, CSVs, and many other source code formats.
