This product at Empire Tech is divided into 02 categories, please select according to your needs:

1. First Time Subscription (New):

   • Only applies to accounts that have never been upgraded to Pro (or newly created accounts).
   • Usually offered at a preferential price.
   • Requirement: Provide Claude account Email and Password.

2. Renewal Subscription (Extension):

   • Applies to accounts currently using Pro needing extension or accounts that were previously Pro and have expired.
   • Retains old chat history and data.
   • Requirement: Provide Claude account Email and Password.

Important Warnings:

• Customers please turn off Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or be available online to send the verification code to Empire Tech when our staff logs in to process the payment.
• Claude AI Pro has a Message Limit based on conversation length and the model used (Claude 3.5 Sonnet/Opus). When the limit is reached, you need to wait for the reset period (usually a few hours).
• Unauthorized API usage or violation of Anthropic's Content Policy leading to account suspension is strictly prohibited.

• Large Context Window: Ability to remember and process huge amounts of information (up to 200K tokens), allowing you to upload entire books or hundreds of lines of code for analysis.
• Projects & Artifacts: Create separate workspaces, preview code, and app interfaces right in the chat window (exclusive Pro feature).
• Natural Tone: Claude is highly rated for its human-like writing style, less robotic than other AIs.

Delivery Process (Empire Tech):

• Step 1: Select the correct package (First Time or Renewal) and place an order on the Empire Tech website.
• Step 2: Provide login credentials (Email/Pass) of the Claude account to be upgraded.
• Step 3: Empire Tech staff proceeds with the official payment (Legal).
• Step 4: You receive a completion notification and start using.

• 15 – 30 minutes during business hours.

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the confirmation email sent upon ordering.

Policy:

• Exchange for an equivalent new product (or fix the Pro subscription) OR
• Refund based on unused time (e.g., 30-day package used for 10 days → 20-day refund).

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily changes the subscription plan or cancels renewal in Settings. Customer violates Anthropic's usage policy (Spam, prohibited content, public account sharing). Account locked due to user error (adding strange visa cards causing billing errors). Message limits (Message cap) are the manufacturer's policy, not an account error.

5. FAQ

1. What is the difference between "First Time" and "Renewal" packages? In terms of features, they are completely identical (both are Claude Pro). The difference lies in the application condition: "First Time" is for accounts that have never bought Pro, "Renewal" is for old/current accounts.

2. Can I use this account in Vietnam? Yes. Claude now supports Vietnamese IPs. You can access and use it normally without a complex VPN.

3. Does Claude Pro have a chat limit? Yes. Claude Pro offers 5x the usage of the Free tier. However, if you chat in very long conversations or upload many heavy documents, the limit will be reached faster. The system will warn you when you can chat again.

4. Will Empire Tech see my data? No. We only log in to pay for the upgrade. We commit to information security and log out immediately upon completion. You can change your password after handover.

5. Does Claude support Image Generation? No. Claude focuses on text and code processing. However, it can analyze images you upload (Vision) very well.

6. I am using the Free plan, will upgrading to Pro lose my old chat history? No. When upgrading officially, your entire chat history is preserved.

7. What is the Artifacts feature? This is a feature that allows Claude to display code, documents, or website interfaces in a separate window next to the chat, helping you view and edit more easily.

8. Should I choose Claude 3 Opus or Sonnet? Claude 3.5 Sonnet is currently the most balanced in terms of speed and intelligence. Opus is strongest in deep reasoning but is slower and consumes more message quota.

9. How long does the upgrade take? Typically takes 15 to 30 minutes during business hours after you provide sufficient information.

10. What if the account loses Pro status in the middle of the term? Empire Tech will check and perform warranty (restore the package or refund) according to the committed policy.
