7. Will my learning data be lost when the subscription expires? No. Your data and learning history are kept intact on your account even if you do not renew.

8. Can other Family members see my progress? No. Learning data is private and secure. Family group members cannot view each other's progress.

9. Can I buy this if I am currently on a Trial? You need to wait for the trial to expire or cancel the trial before purchasing the upgrade at Empire Tech.

10. Should I change my password after the upgrade? Yes, after the order is completed, you can change your password for security. However, if you need warranty support later, you might need to provide credentials again.
