1. Official Upgrade (Personal Email):

   • Upgrade directly on your personal Email.
   • Retains all learning progress and previous certificates.
   • Process: You receive an invitation to join a Plus plan or Family Plan via Email.

2. Pre-made Account:

   • Empire Tech sends you a brand new account (Email/Pass) with Coursera Plus pre-activated.
   • Suitable for beginners who do not have an old account.

Important Warnings:

• Content Limitation: Coursera Plus includes over 90% of courses, BUT does NOT include courses from Stanford, Wharton, IBM (some courses) and Degree/MasterTrack programs.
• For Pre-made Accounts: Customers are allowed to change the password but absolutely must not change the login Email.
• For Upgrade Accounts: Each account can only join a Family Plan a maximum of 1-2 times per year (per Coursera policy).

  1. Place order and provide your Coursera account Email.

  2. System sends login credentials (Email/Pass) via Email/Order details.

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the confirmation email sent upon ordering.

• Exchange for an equivalent new product/Re-upgrade OR
• Refund based on unused time (e.g., 6-month package used for 2 months → refund for remaining 4 months).

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily leaves the Family Plan (for upgrade package). Customer changes the Email of the pre-made account provided by Empire Tech. Customer violates Honor Code rules such as cheating on exams or plagiarism leading to account suspension. Customer complaints about "missing courses" regarding partners not included in the Plus package (like Stanford, Wharton...).

5. FAQ

1. Does Coursera Plus include ALL courses? No. The Plus package includes about 90% of the course catalog. Some partners like Stanford, Wharton, AWS (some courses), and Degree programs are not included. You will have to buy them individually if you want to take those courses.

2. Should I buy "Pre-made" or "Upgrade"?

• If you want to save certificates to your old profile, choose Upgrade.
• If you have never learned before or want to save costs (usually cheaper), choose Pre-made.

3. Is the Coursera Plus certificate valid like the individually purchased one? Completely identical. The certificate does not say "Plus"; it is a standard certificate issued by Coursera and the training institution, valid globally.

4. How many courses can I take at once? Unlimited. You can Enroll in as many courses as you like, as long as you have enough time to study.

5. Is the pre-made account safe? Yes. The account is created completely new. Empire Tech encourages you to change the password immediately upon receipt to ensure privacy.

6. After the package expires, will my certificates be lost? No. Certificates you have achieved will be saved permanently in the "Accomplishments" section of your account.

7. Do I need to fake IP to learn? No. Coursera works well in Vietnam, video loading speed is stable without a VPN.

8. Can I share the account with friends to learn together? Not recommended. Learning together will mix up learning progress, and the name on the certificate is only issued to 1 person (the account owner).

9. Are Google Professional Certificates included in this package? Yes. Google Data Analytics, IT Support, Project Management... are all included in the Coursera Plus package.

10. How to check if a course is in the Plus package? On that course page, there will be a "Coursera Plus" logo, or when you click Enroll, you will see the price is $0 (Included with your subscription).
