Important Regulations:

• Upgrade Method: Empire Tech requires access to your account (Login) to process the payment/activation. Please temporarily turn off 2-Step Verification (2FA) or provide the verification code when the technician is processing.
• Token Policy: The account is granted 10,000,000 (10M) Tokens per month.
• Reset Mechanism: Tokens will be refreshed (reset) on the first day of the monthly billing cycle. Unused tokens will NOT roll over to the next month.
• If you use up all 10M Tokens before the renewal date, you CANNOT buy more and must wait for the next monthly cycle.
• Do not voluntarily change the Plan or cancel the subscription in the settings, as this may result in losing the Pro package and warranty rights.

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected package.

Policy:

• Re-activate an equivalent new package if the account loses Pro status due to system error.
• OR Refund based on the unused time if the error cannot be fixed. (Example: 12-month package, used for 6 months then an error occurs that cannot be fixed -> 50% refund of the order value).

Disclaimer:

• Customer voluntarily cancels the subscription in settings.
• Customer voluntarily upgrades or switches to another plan causing system errors.
• Account is locked due to violation of Bolt/StackBlitz terms of use (Spam, system attacks...).
• Customer provides incorrect login information too many times leading to processing delays.

1. What types of projects is Bolt Pro suitable for? Bolt Pro strongly supports Full-stack projects, from building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), Admin Dashboards, E-commerce apps to personal websites. You can easily build both the Interface (Frontend) and Data Processing (Backend).

2. Do I need to install anything on my computer? No. Bolt runs entirely on the web browser. You don't need to install Node.js, Docker, or any other environment. Just log in and start coding.

3. What technologies does this package support? Most modern frameworks are supported such as: React, Vue.js, Svelte, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Next.js, Tailwind CSS...

4. Can I change my password after the upgrade? Yes. After Empire Tech notifies you that the order is complete, you should change your password to ensure security for your personal account.

5. What if I use up 10M Tokens in 1 week? Unfortunately, the system does not support buying extra single Tokens. You will have to wait until the first day of the next month's cycle for Tokens to be refreshed (Reset) to the 10 million level.

6. Is deploying an application difficult? Extremely simple. Bolt Pro integrates an automatic CI/CD process; just 1 click and your application will be live on the internet without complex server configuration.

7. Will my existing projects be lost when upgrading? No. The upgrade only changes the account status from Free to Pro. All your old projects (Code, Files) remain 100% intact.

8. Can Empire Tech see my project source code? No. Empire Tech only logs in once to process the Pro payment. We commit not to access, copy, or interfere with any customer projects.

9. Do I get technical support for coding? The Pro package includes support from Bolt's development team regarding platform issues. However, for specific coding errors in your project, Bolt's AI will be your most effective assistant to solve them.

10. How do I renew after 1 year? You can contact Empire Tech again when the package is about to expire to proceed with the renewal on that same account.
