1. What is ChatPRD Pro? ChatPRD is an AI assistant created by CPO (Chief Product Officer) Claire Vo, specifically used for drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), strategizing, and brainstorming for Product professionals.

2. Can I upgrade on my personal account? Yes. Empire Tech upgrades directly on your personal Email, helping you retain all previous work history.

3. Is my project data safe? Safe. Empire Tech performs legitimate payment upgrades. We do not intervene or view your chat content. Data privacy policy follows ChatPRD regulations.

4. Does ChatPRD support Vietnamese? Yes. Although the main interface is English, you can fully prompt and request ChatPRD to write documents in Vietnamese.

5. Can this product export to Google Docs or Notion? ChatPRD supports Markdown format copying, making it very easy to paste into Notion, Google Docs, or Jira while keeping a clean format.
