1. What is a "Personal Upgrade"? It means the storage is added directly to your current Dropbox account. You don't need to create a new account or move data anywhere.

2. Can the Admin see my data?

• For 2TB (Plus/Family): Completely 100% private.
• For 3TB/5TB (Business Team): Technically, Team Admins have management rights, but Empire Tech commits to privacy and does not interfere with customer's personal data. We only provide the storage slot.

3. How is Dropbox different from Google Drive? Dropbox is famous for significantly faster sync speeds than Google Drive thanks to "Block-level sync" technology (syncing only the changed parts of a file). Perfect for designers, coders, and video editors.

4. How much does 2TB hold? 2TB = 2,000GB. It holds about 500,000 photos, or 200 HD movies, or millions of office documents.

5. How does Smart Sync work? For example, you have 3TB on the cloud. On your computer, you see the files, but they are just "placeholders" taking up 0KB. When you double-click a file, it downloads for use. Once done, it syncs back to the cloud. This helps a 256GB SSD laptop access 3TB of data.
