• Privacy: Your personal data (Photos, Files, Mail) is guaranteed ABSOLUTELY PRIVATE by Google. The Group Manager (Empire Tech) or other members CANNOT see your data.

Warnings:

• Your account region must be set to Vietnam.
• Each Google account can only join 1 Family group within 12 months. If you recently left another group, please inform us beforehand.

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily leaves the Family Group leading to plan loss. Customer's account is banned by Google due to policy violations (storing explicit content, severe copyright infringement...). Customer is stuck with the "12-month change limit" error and cannot join a new group.

5. FAQ

1. Can the Family Manager see my photos? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Google designed Family Sharing with strict privacy. Your data is yours alone. The Manager only sees the amount of storage you used (e.g., User A used 500GB), not the content of your files.

2. I have a 100GB plan, does this stack? Time does not stack. The 2TB plan will replace your current 100GB plan. Your storage limit will increase to 2TB immediately.

3. If I don't renew after expiration, will I lose data? Data is NOT lost immediately. However, you won't be able to upload new files or receive new Emails (due to full storage). Google gives you a grace period (usually 2 years) to download data or renew before deletion.

4. How many devices can one account use? Unlimited. You can log in to that Gmail on phones, tablets, laptops... data syncs everywhere.

5. Why can't I join the group? Usually due to 2 reasons:

1. You are currently in another Family group (need to leave it first).
2. You changed Family groups once in the last 12 months (Google limits switching to once per year).

6. Does this include YouTube Premium? No. Google One is for storage. YouTube Premium is for entertainment, sold separately.

7. Can I share storage with my own family? If you buy a "Slot" (Member), it's for you only. If you buy the "Manager" plan, you have the right to invite your family members. (Please choose the option carefully when purchasing).

8. Does Empire Tech need my Gmail password? No. We only need your Email address to send the invite. You confirm the action on your device.

9. Is 2TB forever or yearly? This is a yearly Subscription. You need to renew annually to maintain the storage.

10. Does it support Google Workspace features? Yes. The 2TB Premium plan comes with enhanced Workspace features like noise cancellation in Meet, longer livestreaming...
