1. Is this account shared or private? This is a personal upgrade on your email, completely Private and not shared with others.

2. What information do I need to provide for the upgrade? You need to provide your HeyGen Login Email and Password for Empire Tech to process the payment and activation.

3. How long does the upgrade take? Usually from 30 minutes to 1 hour during working hours. If outside working hours, the order will be processed the next morning.

4. How many Credits does the Creator plan have? The Creator plan provides 15 Credits per month.

5. How many minutes long can the video be? You can create videos with a maximum duration of up to 5 minutes per video.

6. Will the exported video have a logo? No. The Creator package at Empire Tech has completely removed the HeyGen Watermark.

7. Do Credits roll over to the next month? According to HeyGen's policy, Credits are usually reset every month and do not roll over.

8. Can I use Vietnamese reading voices? Yes, HeyGen supports Vietnamese voices and many other languages very well.

9. How is Empire Tech's warranty mode? We offer a lifetime warranty for the package based on the time you purchased. If the error cannot be fixed, a refund will be issued based on the unused time.
