5. FAQ

1. How many videos can 2,250 Credits make? Each second of video (Gen-2/Gen-3) costs 5 credits.

• Pro Plan (2,250 credits) = 450 seconds of video.
• Equivalent to approx 45 - 90 videos (depending on if you choose 5s or 10s duration).

2. Can I buy more credits if I run out? Yes. The Runway interface has a "Buy more credits" button. However, retail prices are high, so consider buying a new account or waiting for the next month's reset.

3. Does Pro support Gen-3 Alpha? Yes. The Pro plan gives full access to the latest models including Gen-3 Alpha (Turbo) with fast processing speeds.

4. Do I have commercial rights? Yes. With the Pro plan, you own full Commercial Rights to the generated videos. You can use them for ads, music videos, YouTube monetization, etc.

5. Does Empire Tech need my password? Usually yes, to log in for payment. We guarantee absolute privacy and log out immediately after completion.

6. What is Motion Brush? It's a feature for motion control. Instead of letting AI guess, you paint over a river and draw an arrow to the right -> the river will flow to the right.

7. Can I export PNG Sequences? Yes. The Pro plan supports exporting video as PNG Sequences and ProRes for deep Post-production.

8. I'm on Standard, can I upgrade to Pro? Yes. Contact Customer Support to pay the difference.

9. Do unused credits rollover? No. Monthly credits reset on the renewal date. Only "top-up" credits (bought separately) do not expire.

10. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
