- Does this Premium package include Real-time data for all exchanges? The Premium package provides advanced features and the fastest data transmission speed. However, Real-time data for some specific stock exchanges (like Hose, Nasdaq...) may require purchasing separate data packages from TradingView. Crypto and Forex data usually come with real-time availability.
- Can I use this account on my phone? Yes, TradingView syncs perfectly between the Computer Web and the Mobile App (iOS/Android).
- Do alerts push to the phone? Yes, if you install the TradingView App, alerts will Push to your phone immediately.
- I am using the Pro (Plus) package, can I upgrade to Premium? Yes, Empire Tech will upgrade over it, or you can wait for the old package to expire to optimize costs.
- How is Backtesting on Premium different from the standard version? Premium allows Bar Replay in seconds timeframes and downloads historical data (Deep Backtesting) with 4 times more candles than the standard version.
- How long does Empire Tech take to upgrade? Only about 15-30 minutes.
- Will I lose my old charts? No, since it's a personal upgrade, all your analysis and Watchlists are kept intact.
- Can I log in on multiple computers? You can log in at multiple places, but at any one time, only a limited number of connections can be open (usually 2-5 devices depending on TradingView policy).
