1. How is Vietmap Live different from Vietmap S1/S2?

• Vietmap Live: Online (needs 3G/4G), weekly updates, installed on phone and projected via CarPlay.
• Vietmap S1/S2: Offline, fixed installation on Android car screens, manual updates every 3 months. The current trend favors the Live version for its lightness and "fresh" data.

2. My car only has the original screen (No Android screen), can I use it? Yes. As long as your car's original screen supports Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Install the app on your phone, plug the cable into the car, and the map will appear on the screen.

3. Can I log in on my spouse's phone? The account is linked to your Phone Number. You can log in on another device, but not simultaneously (the system will auto-logout the other device).

4. Is the alert data really accurate? About 95% accurate. Vietmap's field team constantly surveys roads nationwide. However, due to sudden roadwork or new sign placements, there might be a few days of lag. Always observe actual road conditions.

5. Does it consume a lot of 3G/4G data? Very little. The app only downloads coordinate data (Text), which is extremely light compared to streaming video.

6. Can I install it directly on my Android Car Screen? Yes. Download Vietmap Live from the Google Play Store on your car screen, log in with your phone number, and use it.

7. Can I renew when it expires? Yes. Contact Empire Tech to purchase a new renewal code for your existing phone number.

8. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package, so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
