IMPORTANT WARNING:
- Customers must absolutely not voluntarily Change Plan (Cancel Subscription) or interfere with payment methods in the settings.
- Empire Tech provides a warranty for the entire usage period; however, if the customer shares the account with multiple users leading to a ban, we will refuse the warranty.

4. Warranty Policy
Warranty Period:
Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the email sent when ordering.
Policy:
- Exchange for an equivalent new product OR
- Refund based on unused time (E.g., 12-month package used for 3 months → 75% refund).
Disclaimers:
Customer voluntarily cancels the subscription while the time is still valid.
Customer changes login Email.
Customer violates VSCO's community policies.
Errors arising because the customer's device is too old to install the VSCO app.

- Can I color grade Videos? Absolutely. VSCO Membership allows you to apply all photo Presets to Videos smoothly.
- What are Recipes? It is a feature to save your "editing formulas". The Membership version allows unlimited saving for quick application to future photos.
- How many devices can this account be used on? You can log in on personal devices (phone/iPad), but Empire Tech recommends not logging into too many devices simultaneously to avoid sync errors.
- After expiration, will edited photos lose their color? Photos already exported (Saved to Camera Roll) are not affected. However, access to Pro tools will be locked again.
- Does Empire Tech need a password to upgrade? Depending on the time and method (Login or Invite). We usually need to log in to pay for the subscription on your account.
- Will I lose old photos in the account? No, the upgrade only changes the subscription status; your photo data remains safe.
- Can I buy if I use Android? Yes, the VSCO account syncs well on both Android and iOS.
- Why is it still locked after upgrading? Try logging out and logging back in, or press the "Restore Purchase" button in the App settings.
