Customer mistakenly buys for Mac (This product is for Windows only). Customer voluntarily changes the password or account information. Customer logs in on too many devices simultaneously causing account lock. Customer consumes all AI Credits (if limited) – Empire Tech warrants the Premium features (no watermark, 4K export), not the consumable AI Credits quantity.
1. Can this account be used for MacBook? No. Filmora has separate licenses for Windows and macOS. This package is only for Windows computers.
2. Can I change the account password? No. This is a pre-made account, please use the correct information sent by Empire Tech to ensure warranty coverage.
3. Can I log in on both my desktop and laptop? You can log in, but you can only use the software on 1 machine at a time. If opened on 2 machines simultaneously, the account will be logged out.
4. Does this account include Creative Assets (Filmstock)? The account includes standard Filmora effects. Premium effects belonging to the separate paid Filmstock package are usually not included (or only Free items are included).
5. Does exporting video have a watermark? Absolutely not. The Premium account allows clean video export with no watermark.
6. Can I update to the latest Filmora version? Yes. You are allowed to update to the latest versions during the subscription period (e.g., Filmora 12, 13...).
7. If I reinstall Windows, will I lose the license? No. You just need to redownload the software and log in again with the Empire Tech provided account to continue using.
8. Does the software support Vietnamese? Currently, Filmora does not support a full Vietnamese interface; the main language is English.
9. What are AI Credits used for? Used for features like: AI Painting, AI Copywriting, AI Audio Separation... Note that this quantity is limited.
10. Does Empire Tech warrant my project data? No. Projects are stored locally on your computer. Empire Tech only warrants the account login rights.
