1. Is this account limited to 40 minutes? Absolutely not. This is the most important feature of the Pro plan. You can meet freely 24/7.
2. I want more than 100 people (300, 500)? This plan supports a maximum of 100 devices simultaneously. If you need a larger capacity (300, 500, 1000), please contact Empire Tech to purchase the Large Meeting Add-on.
3. Can I use this account on multiple devices? You can log in on multiple devices (phone, PC), BUT only 1 device can Host a meeting at a time. If you log in elsewhere to Host, the old session will be logged out.
4. Do my students need to buy Pro accounts? No. Only the organizer (Host - You) needs the Pro account. Students (Participants) can use free accounts or no account at all and join Pro meetings normally.
5. How long are Cloud recordings kept? It depends on Cloud storage space. When full (usually 5GB), you need to download to your PC and delete from Cloud to record more.
6. Does Empire Tech need my Zoom password? Usually no. We only need the Email to send the upgrade request. However, in specific cases requiring login for payment, we will inform you beforehand and guarantee security.
7. What is the Co-host feature for? Very useful for teachers. You can set a teaching assistant as a Co-host to help admit students, mute noisy mics... while you focus on teaching.
8. Can I export the attendee list? Yes. The Pro plan has a Reports section on the web, allowing you to export an Excel file showing who joined, what time, and for how long.
9. What happens if I don't renew after expiration? The account reverts to Basic (limited to 40 mins). All meeting ID data remains intact.
10. Can I change the Meeting ID? Yes. The Pro plan allows you to customize your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) to a nice number or your phone number for easy remembrance.
