5. FAQ

1. Is this different from the 100-person plan? Basic features (time, recording, screen sharing) are identical. The only and biggest difference is Capacity. This plan allows 300 people, while the other only allows 100.

2. Do I need a powerful PC to Host 300 people? Zoom is well-optimized so office PCs work fine. However, to manage 300 people smoothly and share screens without lag, you should use a PC with 8GB+ RAM and high-speed internet (LAN cable preferred).

3. Can I upgrade from 100 to 300 mid-term? Yes. If you are using Empire Tech's 100 plan and want to upgrade to 300, please contact Customer Support to pay the difference and upgrade immediately.

4. Is it noisy with 300 people? As Host, you have the right to "Mute All" and disallow them to unmute themselves. This is a vital feature for managing a crowd of 300.

5. Does this include Zoom Webinar? No. This is a Zoom Meeting plan (Everyone can turn on mic/cam). Zoom Webinar (Only Host speaks, audience only listens/chats) is a completely different and much more expensive plan. However, you can use this Meeting plan and set "Mute All" to simulate a Webinar.

6. What does "Personal Account" mean? It means you use your own Email. You don't share it with anyone, no fear of exposing Meeting IDs or passwords to strangers.

7. Can I split 300 people into groups? Yes. Breakout Rooms work perfectly. You can split 300 people into 50 smaller groups for discussion, then recall everyone to the main room.

8. Does Empire Tech issue VAT invoices? Currently, we provide services as a Reseller and do not support issuing direct red VAT invoices for this package.

9. What if I have 305 people? The last 5 people will not be able to enter and will receive a "Meeting is full" notification. Consider buying the 500 plan if you regularly exceed 300.

10. Is Livestream supported? Yes. This is the best way if you have >300 people. Let 300 VIPs join Zoom, and the rest watch via Livestream on Facebook/YouTube (approx. 20s delay).
