Update on Credit in Google Ultra Package – June 20, 2026

Recently, many customers have been confused because when checking their AI credit in the Google Ultra package, it shows as 0. According to information from Google's support pages, this is a change in how credit is allocated and managed, not a system error.

Google Now Divides Credit into 2 Types

Currently, Google has separated credit into two distinct groups for different usage needs. Google Flow's support page states that users can now check Google Flow credits and AI credits activity separately, instead of the previous system where all credit was grouped together.

Google Flow credit: used for creating content in Google Flow such as videos and some image tasks
AI credit: the portion of credit reserved for specific AI products and features based on Google's individual policies

Why Many Accounts Show AI Credit = 0

If customers check their account today and see AI credit as 0, they should not immediately conclude that there is an account error. According to Google's support documentation, users may still have Google Flow credits available for Flow, while the AI credit portion may not be pre-allocated under the old understanding or may only appear when there's additional purchase or applies under specific service policies.

In other words, when purchasing the current package, the portion customers most clearly see and use is Flow credit for creating videos and images in Flow. The AI credit showing as 0 in the activity page does not mean lost credit or an error.

Coding in Antigravity Now Uses Quota

For coding tasks in Antigravity, the current usage mechanism relies on quota/limits from the model instead of primarily using credit as before. Google's documentation clearly states that each product has its own AI usage limits, and when users reach their plan's limit, they are restricted according to that product's mechanism.

Previously, many people could use credit to continue after running out of quota. However, according to recent feedback from the Google developer community, AI Credits in Antigravity no longer operate as before, and users mainly need to wait for the model's limit to refresh.

This Is Google's New Policy, Not an Error

The key point to emphasize: AI credit showing as 0 at this time is a policy change, not a system error and not an issue specific to individual accounts. Google's official support documentation still describes tracking AI credits and Flow credits by product, showing that credit management is now more detailed and separated than before.

If you are using the Google Ultra package, you should clearly distinguish between Flow credit and AI credit to avoid confusion. According to Google Flow's support page, the Ultra package still provides monthly Google Flow credits for creating content in Flow, while the operation of AI credit and quota in other products may differ from before.

Therefore, when seeing AI credit = 0, customers can be confident that this is Google's new policy update, not an account error.
