4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected variant.

Policy:

• Exchange for a new equivalent product or refund based on the unused time.
• In case no replacement is available, refund rules apply:
  • Under 30 days (for Year plan) or under 3 days (for Month plan): 100% refund of order value.
  • After that period: Refund based on unused time.

Disclaimer:

• Customer voluntarily refunds/disputes the Nitro transaction on the account.
• Customer violates Discord's community policies leading to account ban.
• Customer voluntarily cancels the Nitro package in settings while it is still valid.
• Loss of Boost Badge (Streak) due to customer failure to renew in time (within 3 days after the old package expires).

1. What is Discord Nitro? Discord Nitro is the highest premium tier, offering perks like Server Boosts, 500MB uploads, HD video, and profile customization.

2. Should I buy the 1 Month or 1 Year package? If you plan to use it long-term, the 1 Year package saves much more money and helps you maintain a better Boost Badge. The 1 Month package is suitable if you are on a budget or only need it short-term.

3. Do I need to create a new account? No. Empire Tech upgrades directly on your old Discord account. The only requirement is that the account currently has NO active Nitro plan.

4. How do I get Backup Codes? Go to User Settings -> Privacy & Safety -> Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) -> View Backup Codes. Please copy at least 3 codes to send to the shop.

5. I am using Nitro Basic, can I upgrade to this? You should wait for the Basic package to fully expire or cancel it yourself before you can upgrade to this Full Nitro package.

6. Do I get a Badge when buying this? Yes. You will receive a Discord Nitro badge on your profile.

7. How does the Server Boost Badge work? When you Boost a server, you get a badge. Its shape changes based on continuous duration. If interrupted for more than 3 days (forgot to renew), the Streak will reset.

8. Can I buy this if I am abroad? Yes. Empire Tech's service supports upgrading accounts worldwide.

9. Can I change my password after the upgrade? Mandatory YES. After the order is complete, you should change your password immediately for safety.

10. Do the 2 included Boosts last forever? These 2 Boosts exist in parallel with the Nitro package. When Nitro expires (whether 1 month or 1 year), these 2 Boosts will also be lost.
