Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily changes the Account Email leading to loss of control. Customer uses hacks/cheats in-game leading to Hardware Ban (HWID Ban) affecting the software. Errors due to the customer's physical internet connection being broken/damaged which the software cannot intervene.

1. Is LagoFast better than ExitLag or WTFast? Each software has its own strengths depending on your geography and the game you play. LagoFast is highly rated for its Console support, simple interface, and powerful integrated FPS Boost feature.

2. Can I change the account password? Yes. Empire Tech encourages you to change the password immediately after receiving the account to ensure privacy.

3. How to reduce lag for PS5/Xbox with LagoFast? You need to install LagoFast on a computer (PC/Laptop), then connect the Console and PC to the same Router network. In the LagoFast software, select the "Console" tab and follow the instructions to change DNS/IP on the Console.

4. Does LagoFast support mobile games? Currently, LagoFast mainly focuses on PC and Console. Mobile games are not strongly supported on this PC version.

5. Is this account shared with others? This is an account Empire Tech issues privately to you during the rental period. However, you should not share it with others to avoid connection conflicts.

6. Does the software support Vietnamese? Currently, LagoFast does not have a Vietnamese interface, but the operations are very simple (mostly game images and a Boost button).

7. Will using LagoFast get my game account banned? No. LagoFast is a network optimization software (GPN), it does not interfere with game files or game source code, so it is completely legal and safe.
