This product at Empire Tech has 03 classifications, please read carefully before purchasing:

1. Code Type (Global Key):

   • You receive an activation code (Key).
   • Used to redeem on your personal ExitLag account.
   • Valid for all accounts (New or Existing).

2. Renewal Type (Personal Upgrade):

   • Applies to customers who want to extend their current subscription but prefer Empire Tech to handle the process.
   • Requires providing ExitLag login credentials for processing.

3. Pre-made Account Type:

   • Empire Tech provides the Email and Password of a pre-activated Premium account.
   • Customers use the provided credentials and must not change the password/Email.

Important Warnings:

• For Code Type: The code is valid for one-time use only. Please activate immediately upon receipt.
• For Pre-made Account Type: Absolutely do not change account information (Email/Pass). Changing info will void the warranty immediately.
• General Rule: Strictly prohibit using ExitLag with cheating software (Hack/Cheat) which may cause hardware bans or IP bans.

4. Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration: Depends on the selected package, please check the information on the website and in the confirmation email sent upon ordering.

Policy:

• Refund based on unused time (e.g., 30-day package used for 10 days before error → refund for remaining 20 days).

Disclaimer:

Customer buys "Pre-made Account" but voluntarily changes password/Email. Customer uses hacks/cheats causing the account to be permanently banned by the game publisher or ExitLag. Customer buys Code but reveals it to others to use first. Errors due to customer's physical network failure (fiber optic cut) which the software cannot intervene.

1. Does ExitLag really reduce Ping? ExitLag helps find the shortest and most stable route. Ping reduction effectiveness depends on geography and your original ISP, but it typically significantly improves stability and reduces Packet Loss.

2. Can I use the ExitLag Code for an old account? Yes. The Code can be used to renew an expired account or activate a brand new one.

3. Is the "Pre-made Account" for private use? At Empire Tech, the pre-made account is issued privately to you during the rental period, but you must not change the info for warranty purposes.

4. What games does ExitLag support? Most popular online games are supported (over 1000 games). If a new game is not listed, you can request ExitLag to update it very quickly.

5. Can I share my ExitLag account with friends? ExitLag only allows login and usage on 01 device at a time. If logged in elsewhere, the old device will be disconnected.

6. How is the Renewal package different from buying a Code? Renewal packages often have better pricing for long terms (3 months, 6 months), and Empire Tech handles the process for you. Buying a Code allows you to self-activate whenever you want.

7. Will using ExitLag get my game account banned? No. ExitLag is a network optimization software (GPN), it does not interfere with game files, so it is completely legal and not considered a hack/cheat.

8. Can I buy the Code and save it for next month? Yes, as long as you keep the code secure. However, Empire Tech encourages immediate activation to ensure the best warranty rights.

9. Does FPS Boost harm my computer? No. This feature simply disables unnecessary Windows background apps to dedicate resources to the Game, which is very safe.

10. Does Empire Tech provide warranty if ExitLag servers are under maintenance? We warrant the account/code validity. Technical errors from ExitLag servers (global maintenance) are objective incidents; we will assist in reporting but are not responsible for refunding short-term maintenance downtime.
