This is a License Key product for ESET Endpoint Security software provided by Empire Tech.

Mandatory Regulations:

• The product is an Activation Code, NOT a login account.
• Each Key supports activation for only 01 device.
• Please download and install the correct version of ESET Endpoint Security before entering the Key (Do not use for NOD32 Antivirus or regular Internet Security versions).
• The Key is valid for immediate use; please activate within 24 hours of receipt to ensure warranty rights.
• The Key does not support transferring to another device once activated.

4. Warranty Policy

• OR Refund based on the unused time if no replacement is available. (Example: 12-month package used for 3 months -> 75% refund).

Disclaimer:

• Customer activates the Key for more than the regulated 01 device.
• Customer reinstalls Windows/Mac losing the license (as the key activates only once, reinstallation is not supported).
• Customer uses the Key for the wrong software version (e.g., buying Endpoint but entering for NOD32 Home).
• Customer's computer is heavily damaged by viruses preventing software installation.
• Customer leaks the Key for others to use.

5. FAQ

1. Is this an account or an activation key? You will receive a code sequence (Key) to enter directly into the ESET Endpoint Security software on your computer, not a login account.

2. I am using ESET NOD32 Antivirus, can I enter this key? No. ESET NOD32 and ESET Endpoint Security are two different software programs. You need to uninstall the old version and download the correct ESET Endpoint Security version to use this key.

3. How many machines can this key activate? Each key provided by Empire Tech supports activation for only 01 device.

4. If I reinstall Windows or change computers, can I reuse the key? Unfortunately, no. The key supports activation only once on 1 device. Reinstalling Windows or changing machines will void the license validity.

5. Can I use this if I am abroad (Japan, USA...)? Yes. Empire Tech's ESET Endpoint Key is a Global version (or multi-region supported), you can activate and use it normally abroad.

6. When does the warranty period start? The warranty period and expiration date count from the moment you receive the Key from Empire Tech (or successfully activate it depending on the package), not from when you install the software. Therefore, please activate it soon.

7. Can I install it if my machine already has a virus? Yes, but if the virus has heavily damaged system files preventing the installation file from running, you may need to reinstall Windows before installing ESET.

8. Is ESET Endpoint lighter than other software? Yes. ESET's biggest advantage is being extremely lightweight, consuming very little RAM and CPU, helping the computer run smoothly even while scanning for viruses.

9. Do I need to uninstall old antivirus software? Mandatory YES. Running 2 antivirus programs in parallel will cause system conflicts and freeze the machine. Please completely uninstall other software (Kaspersky, Avast...) before installing ESET.

10. Does it support blocking black websites or phishing sites? Yes. Web Control and Anti-Phishing features will help prevent access to malicious websites and phishing sites stealing information.
