1. Can this account be used on TV? Yes. This is the difference between the VIP plan and the Mobile plan. You can log in on Smart TV and watch in stunning 4K.

2. Why do I see movies asking for payment (19k, 29k, 50k...)? That is the "Rental Movie" section. These are movies just out of theaters; Galaxy Play charges separately for each (like buying a cinema ticket). The VIP plan lets you watch thousands of movies in the "Premium Library" for free, but does not include these rentals.

3. Can I change the password? No. This is a pre-made account managed by Empire Tech for warranty purposes. Please keep the info unchanged.

4. Can I watch 4K with weak internet? To watch 4K smoothly, you need a stable internet connection (40Mbps or higher). If the network is weak, the App will automatically lower to Full HD or HD to avoid buffering.

5. Are there Hollywood movies? Yes. Galaxy Play partners with major studios like Sony Pictures, Universal... to provide many Hollywood blockbusters (Spider-Man, Venom...).

6. Can I watch on a computer? Yes. Access galaxyplay.vn and log in to watch on a web browser.
