8. I'm on Basic, how to upgrade to Pro? Contact Customer Support to pay the difference. Old credits (if any) are usually replaced by the new Pro limit.

9. Can I buy more credits if I run out? Currently, Mapify doesn't have an easy retail credit mechanism; you should wait for the next month's reset or contact Empire Tech for advice on the Unlimited plan (if available).

10. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
