Customer voluntarily changes the account Email (for new account package). Customer shares the account with multiple people/logs in on too many devices leading to a Chegg Ban. Customer uses Bots/Tools to crawl data from Chegg. Customer cancels the subscription in settings (for upgrade package) leading to loss of benefits. Customer violates Chegg's community policy (Honor Code) when asking questions (exam cheating).
1. Does this Chegg Study package include Chegg Writing or Math Solver? No. This is the basic Chegg Study package, including only Textbook Solutions and Q&A. The Chegg Study Pack includes Writing and Math Solver.
2. How many devices can I log in to? Empire Tech recommends logging in on only 1 computer and 1 phone. Constantly logging in and out on multiple strange devices will cause the account to be locked.
3. Do I get unlimited questions? No. Chegg limits each account to 20 new questions (Expert Q&A) per month. However, you can view millions of old answered questions without limit.
4. What happens if I use up all 20 questions? You will have to wait until the next month (based on the activation date) to receive 20 new questions.
5. Is my personal data safe if I buy the upgrade package? Absolutely safe. Empire Tech only logs in to pay for the subscription and logs out immediately after completion. We do not interfere with your study history.
6. Can I change the password for the new account package? Yes. After receiving the account from Empire Tech, you should change the password to ensure privacy.
7. Why is my account locked? The most common reason is account sharing (using with friends) or logging in from too many different IPs in a short time.
8. Can I renew this account after it expires? Yes. You can contact Empire Tech again to renew on the same old account (for upgrade packages).
9. Does Chegg solve Vietnamese books? Chegg mainly supports international textbooks (English). Vietnamese books are very rare, and the likelihood of finding solutions is low.
10. How long is the warranty for the 1-month package? Empire Tech warrants the full usage time of the package (30 days). If any error arises not caused by the user, we will exchange it for another account.
