Customer voluntarily leaves the Team/Organization during the usage period. Customer violates DataCamp's terms of use (using bots to learn, cheating on exams). Customer provides the wrong Email address leading to Empire Tech sending the invitation to the wrong person (if the invitation has been accepted by someone else).

5. FAQ

1. I am using an old account, will upgrading lose my learning data? No. Joining Empire Tech's Premium team only changes the subscription status. All your experience points (XP), completed courses, and old certificates are preserved.

2. Does DataCamp support Vietnamese? Currently, DataCamp mainly uses English. Video lectures have English subtitles (and some other languages), but there are no official Vietnamese subtitles yet. This is also a good opportunity for you to practice technical English.

3. Do I receive a certificate after finishing? Yes. You will receive a "Statement of Accomplishment" after each course and a Professional Certification if you pass the rigorous competency exams.

4. Does this package include Workspace? Yes. You get access to the Premium version of DataCamp Workspace (similar to Jupyter Notebook) to write code and analyze data online.

5. Do I need to provide my DataCamp password to Empire Tech? No. We only need your Email address to send the invitation. You accept the invitation yourself in your mail.

6. Can I get a job after finishing DataCamp? DataCamp provides a very solid knowledge foundation. However, to get a job, you need to combine it with doing real projects (Projects available on DataCamp) to build a Portfolio.

7. Can I learn on my phone? Yes. DataCamp has apps on iOS and Android, very convenient for reviewing concepts (Flashcards) or doing small exercises (Daily Practice).

8. Are Tableau and PowerBI taught here? Yes. DataCamp has now expanded to include many courses on Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and even ChatGPT (AI) for Data Science.

9. Can I renew on this account after 3 months? Yes. You just need to contact Empire Tech again to renew.

10. How does Empire Tech warrant if the team has an error? If the team is disbanded or loses Premium, Empire Tech will invite you to a new team and ensure you use the full time purchased.
