Customer voluntarily interferes with payment methods or cancels the plan on the system. Customer changes login Email. Customer uses up all granted Credits before the deadline (Empire Tech does not warrant running out of Credits due to heavy usage). Customer voluntarily cancels the package while the time is still valid.

2. Is the Plus plan enough for a master's thesis? With ~12,000 Credits, the Plus plan is sufficient for moderate personal thesis needs. If you need to review hundreds of papers, choose the Pro plan.
3. Where does Elicit get data from? Elicit connects to Semantic Scholar, containing hundreds of millions of reputable scientific papers globally.
4. Can I export data to Excel? Yes, paid plans at Empire Tech allow exporting summary tables to CSV (Excel) or BibTeX (for Zotero/EndNote) files.
