• Method: Empire Tech will send an Invitation (Invite) for you to join a prepaid Pro Team. You will be granted a fully privileged design "Seat" in that Team.
• Data: Your old data remains intact. To use Pro features, you need to create new files or move old files into the Pro Team that Empire Tech invited you to.

5. FAQ

1. Can the Admin see my data? In a Pro Team, Admins can manage files within "Team Projects". For privacy, you should create a "Private Project" (Invite-only) inside that Team or only move files that need Pro features there. Files in your personal "Drafts" are generally not visible to Admins (but Drafts won't have full Pro features).

2. Does Dev Mode work? Yes. This is the main reason people upgrade to Pro. Dev Mode works fully for you to hand off designs to Coders.

3. Do I need to create a new account? No. You use your current Figma account. All plugins and resources you installed remain intact.

4. Will I lose my files after expiration? No. If Pro expires, your files will turn to "View only" status, or you need to move them back to Drafts to edit (but Pro features will be lost). Version history older than 30 days will be hidden until you renew.

5. Can I share this account with others? Technically yes, but not recommended as cursors will conflict during work. Empire Tech sells this per "Seat", each Email is 1 seat.

6. How do Team Libraries work? You can create a file containing Components (Buttons, Icons, Fonts...) and "Publish" it. Other design files in the Team can enable this library to use shared assets.

7. Does Empire Tech need my Figma password? No. We only need the Email to send the invite.

8. Can I export PDF? Yes. Figma Pro supports high-quality PDF export without font errors.

9. Can I invite my friends to this Team? No. You are a Member/Editor. Only the Admin (Empire Tech) has the right to invite more people and pay for new seats.

10. Is FigJam supported? Yes. The Pro plan applies to both Figma Design and FigJam (online whiteboard).
