• Step 1: Place an order and pay on the Empire Tech website.
• Step 2: The system sends login credentials (Email/Pass) via Email or Order details.

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily changes the account password. Customer logs in on multiple devices (PC + Laptop + Phone) simultaneously causing account errors. Customer adds security layers (2FA) to the shared account. Customer complains about running out of AI usage (as noted in section 1).

5. FAQ

1. Does this account support Plagiarism Checker? Yes. The Plagiarism Checker feature works well on this Premium package.

2. Can I change the password to use privately? No. This is a shared account managed by Empire Tech. You are not allowed to change the information.

3. Why can't I use the AI feature (GrammarlyGO)? Because this is a shared account, Grammarly's 500 AI prompts/month limit is usually used up very quickly by other users. Empire Tech sells this package focusing on Premium correction features.

4. Can I use it on my phone? Yes, but please remember the "1 device" rule. If you are logged in on your computer, you should not log in on your phone to avoid being logged out.

5. Does Grammarly support Vietnamese? No. Grammarly only supports English checking.

6. Can I use Grammarly in Word and Google Docs? Yes. Grammarly integrates very well into Microsoft Word (via Add-in) and Google Docs (via Browser Extension).

7. What if the account reports an incorrect password? Please contact Empire Tech CSKH. We will check and issue a new password or exchange it for another account.

8. Is my writing data seen by others? Since it is a shared account, theoretically, others can see the history of files saved on Grammarly Cloud. Empire Tech advises you to delete files in the Editor after finishing editing to secure your content.

9. Do I need to Fake IP to use it? No. Grammarly works normally in Vietnam.

10. Is there a word count limit per month? Yes, but it is very large (about 150,000 words/month or 50,000 words/day). For typical individual users, it is very hard to exceed this limit.
