1. Is this a private or shared account? This is a Shared Account. Empire Tech will provide you with an account where you own 01 specific Profile to save your watch history. Please do not access other Profiles.
2. Can I watch in 4K quality? Yes, the account is the highest Premium plan supporting 4K. However, to view in 4K, your device (TV/Monitor) and internet connection must also support 4K standards.
3. How many devices can I log in to? You can log in on multiple devices (TV, phone, computer...) but you can only watch on 1 device at a time to avoid affecting other users in the group.
4. Can I change the account password? Absolutely NOT. Since it is a shared account, changing the password will affect other members, and Empire Tech will refuse warranty in this case.
5. What if I get a "Device Limit" screen error while watching? This rarely happens as Empire Tech manages slots strictly. If encountered, please contact Support to remove unauthorized devices or provide a new account.
6. Can I download movies for Offline viewing? Yes, but the number of download devices is limited per account. Empire Tech encourages Online viewing for the best experience and fairness to other members.
7. Can the account be used abroad? Currently, this product is guaranteed to work stably within Vietnam only.
8. Can I renew on the same account after 1 month? It depends on stock availability. Usually, upon expiration, you will buy a new package and receive a new account. Empire Tech does not guarantee keeping the old account (with watch history) after expiration.
9. Why can I only watch in HD/Full HD on my phone and not 4K? On mobile devices, Netflix limits resolution depending on the device's Widevine L1 certification and screen size, so it often displays a maximum of 1080p (Full HD) even with the Premium plan.
10. Do I need to fake IP or use VPN to watch? No. You watch directly using normal Vietnam Internet, no need to install any additional software.
