5. FAQ

1. Can the Lite plan export files for the print house? Yes. The Lite plan includes the full Dieline Export feature (PDF, AI...) identical to the Pro plan. This is the biggest reason to upgrade to Lite.

2. Is 2K sharp enough for a Portfolio? Absolutely. 2K resolution is very sharp when viewed on computer screens, phones, e-commerce sites, or social networks.

3. If I buy Lite now, can I upgrade to Pro later? Yes. You can contact Empire Tech to pay the difference and upgrade to the Pro version anytime your workflow demands it (e.g., needing 4K or 3D sharing links).

4. My computer doesn't have a GPU, will it work? Yes. Pacdora handles graphic rendering on their Cloud servers. Your computer just needs to run a web browser smoothly.

5. Does Empire Tech need my password? Usually YES, to log in and process the plan payment. You should change your password after the upgrade is complete.

6. Will my designs be deleted after 1 month? No. Your designs are saved. But when the account reverts to Free, you won't be able to export watermark-free files or download new Dielines.

7. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
