5. FAQ

1. Is 20 Padlets enough? For students or teachers with few classes, 20 Padlets is quite comfortable. You can delete old unused Padlets to create new ones (cycling mechanism).

2. What if I already have 5 Padlets? When upgrading to Gold, you keep those 5 and can create 15 more (Total 20).

3. Is 100MB total or per file? It is the limit for each single file (per file). For example: You can upload 10 files, each 99MB, into the same Padlet.

4. Is my old data safe? Absolutely safe. Upgrading only changes account limits, not the content you created.

5. Can I invite others to collaborate? Yes. Sharing and collaboration features work normally like other plans.

6. Does this auto-renew? No. This is a one-time prepaid 1-year package. Upon expiration, the account reverts to Free, with no automatic bank charges.

7. How is Padlet Gold different from Platinum? The main differences are the number of Padlets (20 vs Unlimited) and upload file size (100MB vs 500MB). If you don't need to upload heavy videos or create hundreds of boards, Gold is the more economic choice.

8. Does Empire Tech need my password? Usually no, we only need the Email. If there are changes in the activation process, staff will inform you beforehand.
