5. FAQ

1. How is Padlet Platinum different from Gold? The biggest difference is quantity. Gold only allows 20 Padlets and 100MB uploads. Platinum allows Unlimited Padlets and 500MB uploads.

2. I am a teacher, is this suitable? Very suitable. With Platinum, teachers can create separate boards for each class and topic throughout the school year without worrying about storage or board limits.

3. Will I lose old data when upgrading? No. All Padlets you created previously remain intact and are transferred to Platinum status.

4. Is 500MB the total storage or per file? It is the limit for each single file (per file). Total storage on the account is unlimited.

5. Can I invite others to collaborate? Yes. You can share your Padlet with anyone (even Free users) for them to view, comment, or contribute posts.

6. Does this auto-renew and charge my card? No. This is a one-time prepaid package at Empire Tech. After 1 year, the account reverts to Free, with no automatic charges to your bank.

7. After 1 year expires, are excess Padlets deleted? They are not deleted, but you won't be able to create new Padlets. Old Padlets can still be viewed and edited normally.

8. Does Empire Tech need my Padlet password? Usually no. We only need the Email to send the invite. However, in some specific cases requiring login for payment, we will inform you beforehand.

9. Does Padlet support Vietnamese? Yes. The Padlet interface fully supports Vietnamese and is easy to use.

10. Can I embed Padlet into other websites? Yes. Padlet supports Embed codes for you to insert into LMS (Canvas, Moodle...) or personal websites.
