1. Is this a shared or private account? This is a Private Account. Empire Tech provides you with an independent account, used only by you, ensuring privacy for your search history and personal data.
2. Does Perplexity Pro support Vietnamese? Yes. Perplexity handles natural language very well; you can ask and receive answers entirely in accurate and fluent Vietnamese.
3. Can I change the account password? No. To ensure the warranty process and technical support (getting login codes), please do not change the account information provided by Empire Tech.
4. Does the account come with API usage? Yes. The Pro plan includes a $5 credit per month for API usage. This amount resets at the beginning of the month and does not roll over if unused.
5. Can I use GPT-4o and Claude 3 on this account? Yes. In Settings or right in the chat box, you can choose the AI Model you want to use, such as GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, or Perplexity's own Sonar models. Note: This is chat integration, excluding specific features of the original apps (like image generation on ChatGPT or Projects on Claude).
6. What is the daily search limit? The Pro account allows over 300 Pro Search queries (Deep Search) per day. For standard Quick Search, you can use it unlimitedly.
7. What is Deep Research and how many times can I use it? Deep Research is a new in-depth research feature. According to updated information, the Pro account supports up to 500 Deep Research uses per day.
8. Does Perplexity have a mobile app? Yes. You can download the Perplexity app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and log in with the account provided by Empire Tech to sync data.
9. How does image generation work? You can ask Perplexity to generate illustrative images for answers or generate standalone images by selecting "Generate Image" mode. Supported models include Playground, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion...
10. Is my data secure? Yes. Your data is encrypted according to international standards. Since it is a private account, no one else can see your search history (unless you actively share a Thread).
