Policy:

• Exchange for an equivalent new product if the account is faulty or loses Pro status.
• OR Refund based on unused time if there is no stock for exchange. (Example: 30-day package used for 15 days → refund 50% of order value).

Disclaimer:

Customer voluntarily cancels the plan in Billing Settings. Customer shares the account with too many users causing a lock.

5. FAQ

1. Can this Pro plan download PDFs? Yes. This is the biggest difference between Pro and Standard. The Pro plan allows you to download activities as PDFs for printing.

2. I have 5 existing activities, will I lose them? No. All old data is kept intact. After upgrading to Pro, you can create the 6th, 7th... infinite activities.

3. Do students need accounts to play? No. You just need to send the Link, students enter their names and play immediately.

4. Does Empire Tech need my password? Usually yes, to log in for payment (since Wordwall doesn't have gift links). Empire Tech guarantees security and logs out immediately after completion. You can change the password afterward.

5. Can I switch a "Quiz" to "Airplane" game? Yes. Wordwall allows "Switch Template". Enter content once, and turn it into 10 different game types instantly.

6. Is Vietnamese supported? Wordwall interface fully supports Vietnamese. You can select Vietnamese in the settings for ease of use.

7. What happens after 1 month expires? The account reverts to Basic. Created activities remain playable, but you cannot create new ones (if total > 5) and cannot download printables anymore.

8. Can I share the account? Wordwall doesn't strictly ban multi-login, but for stability and to avoid conflicts when editing, personal use is recommended.

9. Can I buy a 1-year plan? Yes. Please contact Customer Support or search for "Wordwall Pro 1 Year" on our shop for a better price.

10. Do you provide VAT invoices? No. This is a budget support package (Reseller), so we do not support issuing red VAT invoices.
